The use of chemicals to combat bee mites is the first choice for the treatment of ticks. Yet many people carelessly don't read instructions or experiment with a swarm of bees on their own bee farm. As a result, they harmed bees, especially young bees, and did not even see eggs. First, to control bee mites, of course, requires a sufficient amount of powder, which is common. Secondly, we must have a detailed understanding of different dosage forms and different doses, master different dosages, different use methods and issues to pay attention to.

1. Pre-protection

It consists of preventing before and after treatment of ticks, and feeding the bees with Chinese herbal herbal dermalice and slurry to moisturize the sugar to resist chemical damage. Method: Take 50g of skin, 20g of honeysuckle and fry 2500g of water to 2000g. Feed bees 3 times before tick treatment and 2 times after tick treatment. In this way, you will find that young bees and eggs are safer. Although this side cannot degrade the poison, it may play a role in the cleanup of heat and fire, and it has a significant effect on the harm of bees caused by sulfur-containing agents and pyrethroid acaricides. This is targeted prevention, the most direct and effective method.

However, such steps still have to be taken: after purchasing drugs, to find out if tick drugs are effective and avoid things like bee poisoning, you should try one or two groups of bees before large-scale administration.

Before the experiment, a sheet of newspaper or white paper was laid at the bottom of the box to collect falling ticks so that the condition of falling ticks after taking the medication could be more accurately assessed and understood. Some beekeepers do not, and it is unscientific to judge whether a drug is effective or ineffective simply by looking at the nest door. Since the bee deck is different, the level of parasitism of the bee mite is different, the time of action of the drug and the degree of purification of the bee clone will affect the condition of the nest.

Of course, the most reliable way is to check the level of parasitism of bee ticks. At present, most of the acaricides used in China contain volatile pharmaceutical ingredients. The drug is bought for too long or not well stored in bags, and effectiveness usually wanes or even fails. The bee drug is transported from the pharmaceutical plant to the manufacturer. For some time after the beekeeper redeems it and then puts it off for a while, the active ingredients of the drug may be more volatile and the natural effect will be worse. Another point is to prevent the stability of the bee mite. Do not use one medicine for a long time. Use various tick medicines in turn.

Second, the temperature is high, the bee colonies are small, and the amount of drugs is relatively small, when the temperature is low and the bee colonies are strong, the amount of drugs is relatively high. Finally, when the aqueous acaricide is composed, the concentration is slightly higher than in the manual, for example, the concentration in the manual is 1:(1200 ~ 1500), can actually be comparable to 1 :( 1000 ~ L200).

Before taking medications, it is best to check the condition of falling ticks on the bottom pillow of the box and observe the development of young bees and insect eggs to match the optimal concentration of drugs used at this stage.

2. Emergency events

For the prevention and treatment of bee ticks, people often add or mix various medicines at will, either sudden harm from drugs or no effect, and then repeatedly and continuously, without interruption or with a small interval, always in a vicious circle, leading to drug harm each time.

In this regard, in addition to the precautions according to the above requirements, in case of preventing sprinkling, the drug should be stopped immediately as soon as this happens, and the residual powder of the drug that falls on the frame beam and the bottom of the box should be quickly cleaned. If it is almost dark, you can also open the top of the box. The large lid has been removed to promote its ventilation, when the source of honey is sufficient, you can additionally take the secondary lid and let the bee open it for one night, and the next morning, as soon as possible.

For bee colonies (including pesticide poisoning), which are generally harmful to drugs, they can also be immediately fed with mung bean soup syrup or 1:1 licorice syrup or 1:4 diluted sugar water to dilute the toxicity. Feed 3 ~ 5 times.

You can also add 2 ~ per kilogram of syrup in 1:4 5g of food alkali fed by bees, for most acaricides (including some pesticides) have characteristics of reducing or losing effectiveness in the case of alkali, destroying the properties of the drug. This not only relieves toxicity, but also provides the bees with the necessary water, promoting the reproduction of bees.

For bee families identified as organophosphate poisoned, you can also add 8 ml of 1% atropine sulfate per kilogram of syrup or 2 ml of phosphidine per kilogram of syrup to spray the spleen and detoxify, poisoning caused by organochlorine, you can add 8 ml of sulfamine thiazole per kilogram of syrupy for syrupy and detoxification.
